A list was recently published featuring the "10 restaurants you have to visit in Illinois before you die" and surprisingly there was no mention of any Rockford restaurants.

Seriously? This town has some good eats and to be perfectly honest, I've never even heard of some of the places on that list.

So I made my own. In no particular order, here are 10 Rockford restaurants you have to try before you die along with what you need to order when you go there.
