6 Reasons To Go to Miami This December

If you had to pick, would you spend a weekend in Miami or Rockford this December?

You all just said, "Miami." Do not lie to me, you picked Miami.

I've never been to Miami. I've been to Orlando and other areas near Florida, but never Miami, but maybe I can go this December? I just need someone to come with me.

If you're in the same boat as I am... you want to go to Miami but need to convince someone to go with you, here's a list of reasons to use to do the convincing.

1. The temperature. We are just gonna throw the easiest one out there. The average temp in Miami in December is 62, Rockford is 21.
2. The people-watching. Sure hanging out in Rockford on the weekend can be filled with great people-watching, but have you seen the people that live and vacation in Miami? They are pretty people, and always dressed in Neon.
3. The sun! Even if the sun is out in Rockford during December, you can't enjoy it unless you want to lose a toe. You can walk around Miami and get some color and Vitamin D right before the holidays.
4. Miami Zoo. Trip Advisor comment say this is the best zoo ever. Go there and report back.
5. Work vacation days. Remember how you have to use those or you lose them? Miami sounds better then a stay-cation, doesn't it?
