When you're part of a Key Club doing good deeds is part of the job.

That's why the Byron High School Key Club was out in full force this weekend cleaning driveways and sidewalks in an effort to raise money for a trip to Texas.

WREX says "The group has been doing acts of service and fund-raising events throughout the year in order to raise around one thousand dollars per person."

Looking for the reason why the Byron High School Key Club is trying to get to Texas? They want to spend part of their summer vacation to "help rebuild homes and a school that was destroyed during the hurricane."

Over the course of two days, the Byron High School Key Club raised almost $1,000.
