A $4 Million Lottery Ticket Sold In Illinois Is Still Unclaimed

Someone is sitting on an unclaimed Mega Millions jackpot sold back in February. It kind of bothers me a little bit. Has it not been claimed because the person is in the process of changing their contact info and planning on moving? Is the person so rich it just isn't important to cash in right away? If so, hit me up... I'll claim it for you.

Seriously though, a winning Mega Millions ticket was told in Chicago and it's worth $4 million before taxes. According to FOX11, the winning numbers are 7, 11, 13, 19, and 58, with a Megaplier #4. If you bought a Mega Millions from BP on Cermack back in February you might want to check your ticket.
