Adorable Illinois Girl Forms Heartwarming Friendship With her Garbage Man [PHOTOS]

The other day a woman from my gym came up to me and told me that her daughter listened to me every morning and she thought that I was such an inspiration. I was kind of taken a back by it because I never thought of myself as an inspiration or someone who could make another person smile simply by talking on the radio. It's just my job, you know?

I bet Delvar D. had similar thoughts when he learned that he was making a little girl's day, just by picking up her family's garbage every Thursday.

Brooklyn, from Bloomington, Illinois, had "the best morning ever" when she was finally able to meet the man she spent so many Thursdays waving at from her window. Her mom shared the story with the city, who posted it on Facebook.
