Oh, what I wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall of the Chicago Cubs locker room, and not even just during the World Series, but all season long; from spring training all the way through October.

We've heard of them doing some pretty incredible things behind closed doors, from mariachi parties for Cinco De Mayo, game winning celebrations, interviews with an obviously intoxicated Bill Murray and now this....

According to Sports Illustrated, Anthony Rizzo got naked and gave motivational speeches during the World Series.  He.Got.Naked.

In his new book, The Cubs Way: The Zen of Building the Best Team in Baseball and Breaking the Curse, Tom Verducci of Sports Illustrated, pulled back the curtain to give us a sneak peak behind Cubs' closed doors and shared some of Rizzo's motivational tactics; writing:

An hour before Game 5, Rizzo had broken out his pregame inspirational and comedic presentation, quoting motivational lines from movies with no clothes on. The Cubs won, so Rizzo did it before Game 6, too. They won again, so he did it before Game 7 as well.

It didn't stop there. Picture this- while Rizzo was in his birthday suit, he blasted the Rocky theme song, jumped on top of a coffee table; threw some punches and spit out quotes from the movie. I would pay to see that.

If you want to read more, and trust me, you do, you can get a copy of Verducci's book here.

P.S. If you thought about trying to find pictures or videos of this, don't bother; I already tried.
