Area Baseball Team Looking for Volunteer Bat Boys or Girls

A few inches of mid-March snow doesn't scream baseball season, but soon it will be gone. And with the warmer weather come s a cool opportunity for you kids.

The Beloit Snappers, The Oakland A's Class A affiliate, are looking to fill a couple fun 'on-field' positions this season. The future Major Leaguers' home opener is scheduled for Thursday, April 6, would you love for your son or daughter to have an opportunity to be a Bat Boy or Bat Girl? The team's website says the only requirements are that they be alert and dependable.
