A group of Hackers who obtained personal data from 37 million cheaters on AshleyMadison.com have made good on their promise and have released names and details of site users.

UPDATE: Ashley Madison hackers have officially released all user data.  The data is posted on what is known as the "dark web," a part of the Internet that can't be searched by Google or other commonly used search engines. It also can only be viewed with the Tor browser. Happy hunting.

I think it's safe to say that today is like Black Friday for divorce lawyers.

Stuff just got real for the folks over at Ashley Madison, and while I find this story extremely intriguing, I had one question up until today - where would I go to find the cheaters list? I don't think my husband would ever be unfaithful, but I think any woman, or man for that matter, would want to take a peak; just out of curiosity.  Should a complete list be released, I could only imagine that men and women from around the globe would be inviting their friends over for wine and beer; gather around the computer and start perusing the list for hours.

That very well could happen if Ashley Madison doesn't take their site down. Those responsible for the hack, The Impact Team, have called out the site for promising users secrecy but proved that the site has failed miserably by allowing the team to gain access to ALL of their users information including home address, credit card information and intimate details about their desires. If Ashely Madison fails to take down the site, The Impact Team promises to "completely own" them.

As of yesterday the site wasn't taken down and hackers have made good on their threat to expose the information by publishing the names and profile details of two men on Thursday. One is allegedly a man from Mississauga, Ontario, who enjoys erotic tickling, role playing and dressing up, while the other is a married man from Brockton, Massachusetts, who is looking for cuddling, kissing and conventional sex.

So where is the information? Where can you see these names? The hacktivists are dumping them in a pastebin where you can also see their very intense warning to Ashley Madison.  If the site isn't taken down, more names will be released. Rut-Roh.

If and when more names are released, would you want to know if your spouse was on the list? You might not even need the list; if they're acting a little nervous today and come home with an unexpected gift, you might want to worry.
