A video posted to YouTube by South Tower Studios - WTVO/WQRF Creative Services, shows RPD officers arresting one individual in the middle of Elm and Wyman Street.

According to Eyewitness News, "several arrests" were made after "a fight broke out."

At the 1:23 in the video an officer was hit in the back by a lit firecracker. Members of the RPD "chased after people who set off fireworks in the street."
