Retired Chicago Bears star Brian Urlacher put his home up for sale and you can have it as long as you've got the coin.

The house, located in Mettawa just outside of Vernon Hills, has four bedrooms and six and a half baths.

The listing also mentions an in ground trampoline (what?), several firepits, a bonus bar/gameroom as well as two barns with 12 stalls (Urlacher liked horses?).

This massive house could be all yours for a measly $3 million. Thanks to Redfin, if you were to put down 20% of the total asking price ($600,000), a 30 year loan payment would cost you just over $16,000 a month.

According to Chicagoist, Urlacher "has been increasingly spending his free time in Arizona"  so the house sale shouldn't surprise anyone.

Urlacher, a New Mexico native, has no real reason to live in the Chicago area any longer. Why would he though really, Illinois winters are pretty unbearable. Get it?
