When you're a little sister sometimes all you need is some cheering from your big brother.

I am a little sister in every sense of the word. I have three older siblings, I like to be the center of attention, I talk too much, I'm annoying and persistent because I think people are ignoring me, but above all that I always appreciate the opinion of my older siblings more than anyone else.

I spent hours watching my brothers play video games for the tiny chance that they might let me play. I'd hide my sister's keys in the freezer so she wouldn't leave when she came over for dinner. I played softball and basketball so I would look tough and I seriously used to eat triple cheeseburgers and super size fries to impress my brothers.

Super weird, I know, but there's something about being a little sister that makes you do that kind of stuff. There's something else pretty specific to being a little sister, and that's getting encouragement from your older siblings.

I will always remember when my brother called me to tell me he met some people from Rockford at Soldier Field and they knew who I was because they listen to me on the radio, he was so impressed.

Despite the ten years or so we spent fighting every single day, I still like when he's proud of me, much like the little girl in this video.

I actually think I have a similar video of me and my brother when we played, "Michael and Michelle Mickey who worked at Car-X and vacationed in Hawaii," where you can hear my brother say, "good job, Mich, you can do it!"

Oh brothers, love them, then hate them, then love them. I know all of you little sisters can relate.
