Can You Sue Someone for Posting a Pic of You on Facebook? Yes You Can.

We've all had someone post a picture of us on their Facebook page we didn't like. For most of us all we have to do is ask that person to take it down. If they don't, now you can sue them.

A guy in Italy sued his wife for posting pictures of their honeymoon with out his permission. A Naples court forced her to take them down because it 'invaded his privacy', she may even have to pay damages.
