Cat Found Alive Under Snow on Illinois Roadside

A cat abandoned on the side of the road in Rock Falls is very lucky to be alive after being found buried in the snow.

It appears the cat was just left on the side of the road in a pet carrier. At some point after being abandoned, a snow plow came by and then buried the cat in the snow, according to NewsChannel20.com.

The crazy part of this story is that when someone from animal shelter saw the carrier on the roadside, he picked up and didn't even realize there was a cat inside. He said the carrier was full of snow, so he just assumed there was no way a cat could've been inside.
