Cowboy Crack Just Took Over Rockford and We Didn’t Know How Much We Needed It

Winter means a lot of things, brushing off your snow-filled car, freezing commutes, lots of sweatpants and loading up on deliciousness.

When you hear Rockford is home to 'Cowboy Crack,' you realize that will absolutely fill your winter deliciousness quota.

I'm not sure if Cowboy Crack has been on the Taco Betty's menu since the beginning but I am very sure that next time I head downtown I need to grab a scoop or five.

Cowboy Crack is packed with black beans, corn, pico and pickled vegetables, and is, of course served with salty, crunchy, perfect chips.
