The most amazing catch of the 2015 MLB season was not made by a player but a fan!

It happened last night at Wrigley Field. Cubs fan, Keith Hartley was sitting front row when a foul ball off the bat of Jason Hammel came his way.

That's when Hartley sprang into action. He stood up, while holding his baby son, and barehanded the foul ball in front of Los Angeles Dodger first baseman, Adrian Gonzalez.

The crowd immediately took notice. A standing ovation for Hartley came from the entirety of Wrigley Field including Cubs players and manager Joe Maddon.

However, the Dodgers had umpires look at the video and ruled that Hartley had interfered with the play, giving the Dodgers the out.

It was totally OK though. The Cubs (and Hartley) won the game 1-0 in 10 innings.
