A new airline public relations nightmare sprung up overnight and this time Delta Airlines is under fire.

A video surfaced on YouTube showing a man having a conversation with what looks like an officer and flight attendant.

In the video, the man is being told that he needs to give up a seat that he alleges "paid for."

The seat was occupied by one of his two infant children, ages 1 and 2. The man in the video inferred that Delta wanted him to give up his seat because they were "oversold."

The family purchased four seats for the flights when realistically they didn't need to take that step however the FAA "strongly urges you to secure your child in a CRS or device for the duration of your flight."

Later in the video, the man and flight attendant argue about the FAA ruling regarding flying with children. Turns out the guy was right.

Didn't matter though. The man, his wife and two infant kids were kicked off the flight. The last of the day from Maui, HI to Los Angeles, CA.

According to the video description on YouTube, "The end result was we were all kicked off the flight. They then filled our 4 seats with 4 customers that had tickets but no seats. They oversold the flight. When will this all stop? It was midnight in Maui and we had to get a hotel and purchase new tickets the following day."

What will really infuriate people who watch the video is right at the beginning. At the :13 mark. the flight attendant threatens the man and his family by saying "you and your wife will be in jail and your kids will be in foster care" if he didn't comply and get off the plane.

Delta Airlines has yet to comment on the incident.
