I was born and raised in Chicago and I’m the prototypical radio guy. From a young age, I would walk around with a tape recorder making radio as an amateur. Not much has changed since then. I did somehow manage to get married and have three kids. While I’m still a radio amateur, I have excelled at being a dad and husband. I’m a big fan of sports, movies, comics, TV and pop culture in general. If you’re a fan of the Cubs, Bears, Bulls or Blackhawks we can probably be friends
This is my second time here at 97ZOK and I've been back since May 2010. I've been in radio for a long long time. You can catch me on Saturday afternoons from 2 to 6. My passions in life besides radio includes being outdoors hiking, hanging out with friends and family, and listening to music.

I would walk around my grandma's house, pretending to be a DJ while interviewing people with her curling iron. Shortly after I turned 6, I decided to take a 24-year hiatus to get my act together and finally landed my first real job in radio as a polka DJ when I was 30

Born in Chicago and growing up in L.A. and Orlando, Florida, R Dub! spent his time staying up late at night listening to various “Slow Jams” type radio shows around the country. He loved the music and the overall mood of Slow Jams and at age 13 decided his dream was to host his own Slow Jam show.
