We have a feeling this downtown hot spot is going to be pretty packed for their upcoming pop-up dinner.

When you first think 'ramen,' you probably think the sodium filled noodles that's the only thing you can afford if you're poor in college, or after college or you're reminiscing.

But, there's way more to ramen than those little packets, and Octane Interlounge is gonna prove that to you Monday March 26.

It's not just ramen though, the pop-up dinner also features bao.

Have you tried bao before? Do you even know what it is?

According to the Oxford Dictionary, bao is, 'a Chinese steamed bread roll with a filling of meat or vegetables.'

And let me tell you, it's really good.

The dinner is Monday March 26 from 3 until 7 p.m. and I'm thinking it would be a great idea to give them a call and see if they're taking reservations.
