A lot can happen in 15 seconds; you'll see that in the video below of school officer, Ben Fields, who was involved in an intense confrontation with a black female student after he told her to get up from her desk.  According to police officials, Fields was acting in response to the student refusing to leave class.  During the confrontation, you can see Fields grab the students arm, throw her to the ground and then pull her toward the front of the class.

It's hard to tell from the video what all went down before the struggle (you can see multiple versions of the video here; discretion is advised) happened but regardless, Officer Fields is now suspended pending an investigation by the FBI.

The students' parents are heartbroken and the community is outraged. Many are saying the video is enough to fire Fields; others have come to his defense saying that the public hasn't seen the entire video.

Even if we had seen the entire video, can you think of any reason for an officer of the law to treat a child this way? She's a kid, period.  Thoughts?
