If you've been counting down the days to Spring, and I know you have, then this video is just what you need to get you in the mood for days filled with blue skies, sun kissed cheeks, and long walks through miles of wooded trails covered in green-haloed trees.

Starved Rock State Park is the perfect place to kick off spring or spend a summer day with family and friends. Jason, my boyfriend, and I will often jump on the motorcycle and make the hour long drive just to get away and have some lunch on The Veranda, take beautiful photos in the canyons and stop at all the little towns on the way back to Rockford.
