Emily Anderson's Car Pulled from the Rock River on Sunday

Much needed closure could be coming soon for the family of Emily Anderson.

Last night (Sunday, October 8th), after searching for over three months, the Winnebago County Sheriff's Police found a car matching the description of Emily's in the Rock River in Roscoe.

According to WIFR, a body was also found inside but it couldn't be determined if the body was that of a man or woman.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, October 10th.

While this isn't the outcome that anyone hoped for, I'm not sure any of us really know what to hope for right now; but hopefully this news will bring peace to Emily's family knowing that they might not have to go another day without knowing where she is.
