Fake Weed Kills Two In Illinois, Many Others Suffer Severe Bleeding

Several people in Chicago and central Illinois have been rushed to the hospital for severe bleeding after using synthetic marijuana. Now it's claiming lives.

According to the Illinois Department of Public Health two people have died from using synthetic marijuana (also know as K2, spice or fake weed). Wgntv.com is reporting that 56 people in Chicago and central Illinois have already been taken to hospitals with severe bleeding issues; coughing up blood, bloody noses, bleeding gums and blood in their urine.

Three of the people mentioned above tested positive for brodifacoum, an anticoagulant used in rat poison. It kills rats and it kills people.

These fake weeds are made by spraying all kinds of dangerous chemicals on dried plants. You can find it in gas stations, convenience stores and online. It's unsafe and the effects are extremely unpredictable.
