I have a confession to make. Before you watch this workout video, I want you to know that it is extremely difficult for me to share with you; in fact, deep down I strongly dislike being on camera in any capacity. Sure, you see me smiling in photos and I look really happy, but deep down I hate it.

Eight years ago I was diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder, very few people know that, and it's something that I struggle with and constantly try to manage each day.

If you're not familiar with BDD, l explain it to people like this- despite being 157 pounds, when I look in the mirror, I see someone who's 300 pounds. A majority of my day is spent in front of a mirror, picking out each and every flaw that I have. It's horrible.

But with that said, (I don't want to bore you with the details), the woman you're about to meet in this video has gone above and beyond to help me change my way of thinking and how I see myself since the day we met. You might already know her, she's Tina Jacobs, a success coach at Complete Nutrition and Tina's Transformation.

Tina was recently featured on the Dr. Oz show to discuss her amazing transformation and she came highly recommended when I asked Facebook for their favorite  personal trainers in the Rockford area. After writing about her and hearing so many good things from her clients, I couldn't wait to meet her and put this together for you.
