It seems like there's bank robbery in Rockford every week, another happened this week and the FBI is involved in the investigation.

It's no surprise Rockford is listed as the 16th most dangerous city, a city that has seen repeated bank robberies this year. Another one happened near a busy intersection in northwest Rockford, yet the suspects were able to get away on foot without being caught. Thankfully, no one was injured at Chase Bank in Rockford.

The Chase Bank at North Main Street and Riverside Boulevard was robbed Tuesday evening by a man and a woman. The man was armed but no one was injured. According to WREX, they made off with cash... on foot. Security cameras were able to capture their appearance.

Rockford Police and the F.B.I. are searching for two suspects that match the following descriptions,

The man is described as a black male, with a smaller build wearing a blue baseball hat, dark color shirt and sweat pants. The woman is described as a black female, small build, white shirt and khaki pants.

Anyone with tips about this robbery are strongly encouraged to contact Rockford Police or Crime Stoppers.
