Field Trip! Chicago is Getting a ‘Saved By the Bell’ Diner

Guys, The Max is coming to Chicago!

Yesterday, it was announced on Facebook that "Saved By the Max" is coming to Wicker Park in Chicago this June for one month only.

While the exact location has not been announced yet, the date has, so I'm pretty sure I'll be off on June 1st so I can be one of the first people in line to have a "Preppy BLT" or some "Macaroni & Screech."

This pop-up diner and bar is not affiliated with NBC or the actual show in any part, but instead being created by super fans who know that a LOT of people will flock to The Max for a chance to drink a "Lisa Turtle Milkshake."

The Facebook page promoting the pop-up restaurant shared some of the menu items and mentioned a daily costume contest... which I'm already preparing for... I can get myself into a Bayside cheerleader uniform by June, right? Just call me Kelly Kapowski.

-Full Kitchen to order some AC Sliders, Preppy BLT, Macaroni & Screech, Belding Fries, Lisa Turtle Milkshake & more from one of our waiters/waitresses named Max or Kelly!

-Full bar with custom Bayside inspired booze & cocktails

-Daily Costume contests.....Show us your best Saved By The Bell-themed costume for a chance to win $100!

-Night time weekly events including themed karaoke, trivia, and 80s + 90s dance parties.
