Giant Recall: Chicken Nuggets May Contain Pieces of Metal
Check your freezers, you may be in for more than chicken in your nuggets.
Chicken nuggets are pretty much the perfect food. I don't care how old you are, you are lying if you don't crave bite-size breaded chicken bites.
There is a problem, though, if there are pieces of metal in your nuggets. We definitely don't want that.
The USDA published a news release earlier this week regarding a recall of 'OK FOOD Inc.' chicken products, "due to possible foreign matter contamination."
The release states that the recall affects over 900,000 pounds of breaded chicken and that the contaminate is metal.
If you have any of their chicken products, you should return them to the store where you bought them.
