‘Gilmore Girls’ Pop-up Coffee Shops This Wednesday Only in Chicago and Wisconsin

Netflix knows just how to reach their 'Gilmore Girls' fans. Free coffee.

One of the most common themes throughout the 'Gilmore Girls' TV series was coffee. Lorelei Gilmore probably had coffee instead of blood running through her veins, and Rory loved it too.

So in celebration of the 16th anniversary of the first episode of the original series, Netflix has sponsored a bunch of coffee shops across the country to become 'Luke's Diner' this Wednesday.

The cafes will offer free coffee from 7 in the morning until noon, and according to Eater, each cup will also contain a 'Gilmore Girls' surprise.

Of course, Netflix has a reason to sponsor the free 'Luke's Diner' coffee, because 'Gilmore Girls' is coming to Netflix this fall with a special look at Lorelei and Rory's current lives.
