Google’s Tip Leads to Dixon Man’s Arrest for Child Pornography
Police received a tip from Google about one of its user's emails. That tip led to his arrest.
According to wifr.com, 57-year-old David Edmunds of Dixon was arrested after an investigation that was started because of a tip police received from Google. Authorities were told by Google that David had attached a picture of child pornography to one of his emails. After a search warrant was carried out at his apartment in the 900 block of West First Street, David was taken into custody. He faces several felony charges of child pornography.
