Half-Court Shot Of Awesomeness [VIDEO]

In a world full of videos of people fighting at fast-food restaurants, sometimes it's fun to watch a video that will make you feel good, enter Alex Tillinghast.

Alex is a student at Drake University in Des Moines, IA, he's not a basketball player, as you'll see in the first ten seconds of this video. But, he's the luckiest guy at school, which you'll see at about 40 seconds into this video.

Alex got the chance to play for a Ford F-150 truck at a recent event at Drake's Knapp Center. Yeah, that's right, I know the name of the stadium. It's because I went that's where I went to college, and the Knapp center is pretty cool.

So Alex was offered a chance at the brand new truck, if he was able to make a layup, free throw and half-court shot in 30 seconds. That's a lot in 30 seconds, and after his first layup attempt was incredibly embarrassing, I'm surprised anyone kept the camera on him.

But, someone did, and miraculously through the mounds of hair on his head, he was able to see the basket and make the shot.
