Halsey has given "Alone" the remix treatment courtesy of superproducer Calvin Harris.

The song, from Halsey's 2017 album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom, was released as the record's third single in March. Harris' version, which still features English rapper Stefflon Don, adds blown-out bass and kinetic synth, cranking the track from a mid-tempo pop ballad to a full-on dance floor banger. It marks the first collaboration between the singer and beatsmith.

"Alone" follows a string of singles from Harris as of late, including the Dua Lipa-aided house number "One Kiss" and reggae-tinged PARTYNEXTDOOR team-up "Nuh Ready Nuh Ready." He last released 2017's star-powered Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1, featuring Frank Ocean, Ariana Grande, and Katy Perry, among others.

Halsey, meanwhile, is currently on the last leg of her Hopeless Fountain Kingdom tour, which wraps September 26 following stops across Europe, Latin America, Asia, Canada, and the U.S.
