Have You Seen This Lost Cat in Rockford? [PHOTO]

If you've been in Wired Cafe in downtown Rockford, you've probably seen this flyer. The first time it really made me chuckle, but it's been months now and the flyer is still there.

Who is this guy? Why is he missing? Where do you think he went? He must be really important to someone for them to put up this poster. He seems like a pretty cool cat. If I remember correctly, someone once told me he was part of a local band or something like that?
