High School Students Take Free Throw Distraction To Next Level

There's plenty of ways the home crowd can distract the opposing team, but this might be the best.

This video has started popping up all over the place, but it originated from Sheridan High School in Ohio.

The student section at the school just doubled down on home team distractions.

They set up a mock child birth, complete with the student doctor wearing surgical gloves.

The timing of pulling the newborn student out from underneath the cloth just as the other team's free throw shooter releases the ball is near perfect.

The video kind of makes me feel bad for just waving my arms all over the place when the opposing team is shooting a free throw.

Time to up my distraction game!
