Santa's not the only one doing the heavy lifting this holiday season; so are you.

Between carrying heavy packages, putting up the tree and shoveling, you're putting yourself at risk for all kinds of injuries; and as someone who's ironically recovering from a back injury, it's so important to make sure you that you're stretching and taking care of your body so you can stay strong and injury free.

Don't end up like me, warm up your muscles before doing any strenuous activity and stretch afterward... Unless you have kids who can do all the heavy lifting for you.
