This strange amateur recording shows what could possibly be a UFO flying over a Wisconsin city.

I do.

I personally think we would be foolish to think that in our extremely vast universe Earth would be the only place that had intelligent life.

Many years ago I saw a UFO in Tinley Park, Illinois. It was one of the most well documented UFO sightings in all of Illinois. No one ever figured out what the red lights we saw over the city were, but it was quite an experience to say the least.

I didn't catch an video or photos of the UFO I saw, but YouTube user JAYBONDNIC Rc caught this UFO in action. The video was posted on August 4, 2016 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The video description reads:

UFO caught on video this morning I just look outside & out of no where it powered up hot like the sun they are able to fake like stars when they power up you can't see the Ufos they imitated stars.

Is this a UFO? I'm no expert, but it's worth the watch to see for yourself.
