Please Teach Me: How to do Perfect Winged Eyeliner

Winged eyeliner looks awesome, but it always seems so tricky. Thankfully Nicole has some tips that will make you a winged eyeliner pro.

At one time or another, most women play around with their usual eyeliner look. I've tried to do winged eyeliner countless times and generally end up throwing in the towel and just washing it all off.

When I wanted to learn how to actually do the eyeliner, I went to Nicole at Xeno Salon. Not only did Nicole show me the correct way to do winged eyeliner, she also gave me a cheat using Scotch tape.
