Finally some good news for the State of Illinois.

It might be time for me to finally make the move. Everyone asks me if and when I'm going to move to Illinois and the answer has always been "never". Not because I have anything against Illinois but because we just love where we live; there's just one problem- Scott Walker is Governor. Now, I don't want to start a political debate or anything, I just don't like that guy...at all. He may be the one driving factor, for us to leave Wisconsin and head south. (If he's elected President, though, I'm heading north - to Canada)

It looks like we have even more reason to move to the Land of Lincoln - it might come as a surprise but according to MoneyRates, Illinois was ranked as the 5th best place to live in the U.S. based on several factors like average wage, cost of living, state taxes and unemployment rate; showing the best overall conditions for making money to live comfortably. The only downfall was Illinois' high unemployment rate, which at 6% is higher than the national average.

Way to go, Illinois.

Now if we could just get a budget.
