Do you ever have one of those days where you just don't feel like leaving the house, let alone, go to the gym? I have these days quite often, especially when it's dreary, rainy and cold outside.  I just want to workout from my the comfort of my own home and do something that requires a little effort.

There is such a workout and I've put it together for you below, it's the lazy girl workout. You can do every single move while laying down. Tone your legs, thighs, core and upper body with four simple moves.

Remember, I'm not an certified expert, so please consult your physician or trainer before you begin any sort of exercise regimen.
