I will never forget my first cell phone. It was a pink Razr and I've never felt cooler in my entire life. Flipping that thing open felt so powerful, almost as powerful as slamming it closed after a phone call. I still have my first ever Razr because I loved it that much. I kept it because I thought the Razr would never exist again. I guess I was wrong.

It's rumored that in 2019 the Razr is making a comeback. If you have no idea what the Razr is, here it is in all of its glory -

According to the Wall Street Journal -

The Motorola Razr phone is making a comeback. The once-popular flip phone is being revived as a smartphone with a foldable screen and a starting price of roughly $1,500, according to people familiar with the matter.

The phone’s maker, Lenovo GroupInc.,LNVGY -1.09% is partnering with Verizon CommunicationsInc. on an exclusive deal to begin selling the new Razr devices in the U.S. as soon as February, the people said. The device is still being tested, and the timing of its release isn’t yet final and could change.

The first Razr was released in 2004 and it looks like 15 years later we'll be able to flip our phones closed when we want to get sassy.

My question is though... will it come in hot pink again?
