Is This A UFO Spotted Off The Side Of I-55 In Illinois?

No matter where you stand on the existence of UFO's, this video is pretty strange. 

According to the woman in the video, this took place off of I-55 just south of Exit 99. That's down around the Springfield area, which would explain the distant twang in the narrator's voice.

A few commenters on the Reddit post I found this on is blaming it on a smoke ring from a blown transformer. I could see that. It's just weird that it's not moving at all. Must have been a really still night.

What do you think? Innocent smoke or a portal to another dimension? Those are the only things that make sense.
