It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas in Dixon and We’re Like, No.

It's definitely too early for this.

I mean, really?

Last year I was complaining because I saw Christmas lights in Rockford in October and was told, 'well, they want to put them up before it's freezing out, so it's fine.'

I just don't think putting up a Christmas tree light in the middle of August is justified though.

The Dixon Police, who you should totally follow on Twitter by the way, tweeted this photo and clearly it's too soon.

Can we at least get past Labor Day before we're decking the halls?
