Was this really necessary?

The already pumped up star of Jersey Shore decided to go under the knife recently to enhance her bra size. I've looked at this picture for a few minutes and I just don't understand the necessity of this but with a name like J Woww, I guess it just comes with the territory.

Personally, I wouldn't be able to sleep if I had those things.

I sleep on my stomach and I would be on a major incline.
