Job Fair Wednesday In Downtown Rockford

There's a job fair in downtown this week, and a resume workshop to help better prepare.

If you're looking to make a career change or looking for a new job this may be your week. Not only is there another job fair happening in Rockford but there's also a workshop beforehand to help build your resume.

The Workforce Connection is hosting a job fair on Wednesday with over 20 different Rockford area employers. The event is 1-4 PM at the Regional Design Center on North Main Street in downtown Rockford.

If you're not sure about your resume or have questions about making connections at events like these, there are two free events at the job fair to take advantage of.

The "Resume Building" workshop will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 in Room 328

 

The "Networking at a Hiring Event" workshop will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 in Room 101
