Meet Tyson, this week's Pet of the Week from Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary.

Ok, so he's not jumping in the video but let's just say that Tyson is full of energy, has a larger than life personality and given the opportunity, he loves to jump around. He's so full of excitement and joy and he's looking for the perfect family or person who can keep up with him.

My dog is part Jack Russell terrier and he used to be a lot like Tyson, but with the right family, he will settle and be the perfect companion; especially if you're extremely active. But the best thing about Jack Russell terriers are that they're lively, independent, and clever little dogs; who are also charming and affectionate, but they can also be a handful to train. Isn't Tyson worth it?

With time and patience, Tyson will be the perfect family dog.
