Lewis Capaldi, famous singer-songwriter and musician, stopped in Chicago for his Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent Tour and he had something funny to say about Illinois music venues.

I am a huge Lewis Capaldi fan.

If you don't know, Lewis has Tourette's and when he's on stage performing he tics pretty badly.  Let me just say... if you can sing flawlessly while ticcing, you are truly a one-of-a-kind artist.

When Lewis Capaldi walked on stage at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago on Wednesday, April 19th, nobody was prepared for what he was about to say.

After I entered the Aragon Ballroom I said to my sister, "This venue is very... flat. Weird setup, but it works for me!"

Lewis walked out on stage and said Chicago officially has the weirdest-looking Music Venue he has ever performed at - the Aragon Ballroom. 

The audience LOST IT!  I have a feeling everyone agreed with him lol.

If you've never been to the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, it's a really flat venue.  If you're short like myself, I'm 5' 3", it's really hard to see the stage unless you're right up front.

As long as I got to hear the sound of Lewis Capaldi's voice live... in the same room as me... that's all I needed.

Lewis Capaldi brought the room to tears, laughter, and everything in-between that night.  A night I, and other fans, will never forget.
