Born and raised in Chicago you learn a couple things at an early age, don't bother with pigeons and never chase after seagulls.

Growing up, the pigeons thing was way more prevalent in my neighborhood but I knew better than to mess with seagulls.

Seagulls don't care about your personal space, and can be downright mean. That's what the little girl in the photo found out first hand when she attempted to chase after a group of seagulls.

The seagulls in the picture were having none of that. Instead of flying away they chased after her like she was holding a piece of pizza.

Completely unrelated, is the little girl in midair when the photo was taken? Is her left foot on the ground? I can't tell. However, I understand why she was running, seagulls in Chicago are more gangster than gangsters in that city.
