Jeans sales and college football games remind us that fall can be a time to reinvent yourself. Oh man, reinvent is a big word, let's change that to" better" yourself. Guys, I found a simple, simple list of ways that you can "better" yourself in minutes.

29 Little Things Guys Can Do to Instantly Be More Attractive, is a pretty good list. My favorites include:

• Don't own short sleeve dress shirts. Roll up the sleeves of your long ones.
• Axe Body Spray is not a signature scent, find a different one.
• Cut your nails
• Buy a tongue scraper. I know, sounds gross, but really we should all get one of these...

I've got three SUPER easy ways guys can be instantly be more attractive.

1. Smile in pictures. I can not tell you how unattractive is it to be growly in pictures, teeth, guys, we want to make sure you have teeth.
2. Be nice to your sister, your mom, and best friend's girlfriend and all their woman friends too. Don't be fake or anything, but don't forget that women gossip, and you want that to be good gossip.
3. Be funny. But not gross.
