Loves Park Teacher Recognized for Bringing Tranquility to the Classroom

Congratulations to our newest teacher of the week, Mrs. Sarah Kaplan from Loves Park Elementary School.

Mrs. Kaplan scored scored beautiful flowers from Broadway Florist and an amazing cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

The winning nomination came from Elizabeth McVay, she writes:

"She is wonderful. Patient, kind, and encouraging. Her classroom is tranquil.

My son has never loved school. Now, he looks forward to it every day. He has had a rough past with school and stability. Now that I have custody of him, he has completely turned around for the good :) I want to thank her for making him realize how important school is, and how important homework and responsibility are.

She truly is remarkable and deserves to be recognized. Thank you Sarah!"
