Because of pioneering surgery, a Scotland man now has a full functioning bionic penis and can do everything a normal one can. He can even get a woman pregnant with it.

43-year-old Mohammed Abad of Edinburgh, Scotland was hit by a car when he was six. He was dragged more than 600 yards and his genitals were ripped off in the process.

Abad's new penis was constructed over a three-year period using his own skin grafts, and it comes with a mechanical interior that's connected to a fluid pouch. The whole thing is controlled by an on/off button on his scrotum that pumps fluid into the tube on command to produce a... shall we say... a 'change of status.' According to Science Alert, its function is complete enough for Abad to be able to father a child with his still-intact right testicle.

Abad, who's a virgin, got married a few years back without telling his bride about his missing parts. When she found out, she divorced him. Besides putting his horrific childhood accident further behind him, he's most looking forward to getting married again some day and having children.

Ain't science grand!
