Men Are Far Less Likely Than Women To Use This Emoji

It might be the most popular emoji on the planet but it turns out women like to use it more than men.

According to Brandwatch, an extensive study took place where they searched tweets high and low to find out which emojis men and women used the most.

The research revealed men really love using the eggplant emoji for some reason.

It also shows women use the crying face emoji more than man and was the most popular with Brandwatch saying "Male tweeters are far less likely than female tweeters to use emojis with tears."

The crying cat emoji (that's a thing?) had the largest disparity between men and women.

Nearly 75% of women used that emoji compared to the paltry 25% for guys.
