Bedtime is a real thing the night before the wedding.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am Michelle, the rehearsal dinner bedtime police. Once you ask me to be your bridesmaid, you should expect me to set an alarm on my phone for the night of the rehearsal dinner. I want you in whatever room you're sleeping in at 11p.m.

I'm not trying to be pushy. I'm trying to make sure your face is bright and sparkly the next day. Puffiness is not cute, and you don't want a hangover on your big day.

Keep an eye out for those groomsmen who are going to want to keep you up partying at night, they get to sleep until like noon the next day, you girls will be up before the sun.

But the night of the wedding? No bedtimes. No bedtimes at all.
